Our streamlined 6-step process takes you from initial concept to final delivery with transparency at every stage.
STEP 1
Share your design concept, artwork, reference images, or brand guidelines via email or contact form. We accept sketches, photos, AI files, and PDFs.
STEP 2
Our team reviews your requirements and provides a detailed quote covering materials, sizes, colors, quantities, and pricing. We finalize all technical specifications together.
STEP 3
We produce physical samples for your review. Sample production takes 7~10 working days. You can request revisions until the sample meets your exact standards.
STEP 4
Once you approve the sample, we lock in the final specifications. No changes after approval to ensure consistent bulk production quality.
STEP 5
Full-scale manufacturing begins with strict quality control at every stage — from yarn preparation through knitting, shaping, finishing, and final inspection.
STEP 6
Professional export packing, final QC inspection, and reliable worldwide shipping via sea, air, or express courier. Full tracking provided.
After the sample is approved, we move the project into controlled production. Yarn preparation, knitting, shaping, finishing, pairing and packing are checked step by step so the bulk order matches the approved sample as closely as possible.
Bulk production follows the approved sample for color, pattern clarity, size and hand feel.
Logo clarity, knitting tension, toe linking, finishing and packaging details are reviewed before shipping.
We ship worldwide with reliable logistics partners, ensuring your custom socks arrive safely and on time. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is available for most countries — contact us for a lower shipping quote.
